Foldable habitable modules are Q235B steel structures designed to be transported in compact form (360 mm height) and deployed on site in 15 minutes. Up to 12 units travel in a standard truck, reducing logistics costs compared to traditional rigid modules by the same proportion.

What does each spec mean?

Specifications explained

Rock wool

We don't use EPS (styrofoam). It's Class A fire-rated: it doesn't spread fire. Insulates against cold and high-altitude noise.

Grade 10 seismic

Scale 1 to 12. Grade 10 withstands very high-intensity earthquakes, above what is required in Argentine seismic zones.

Wind Level 11

Withstands gusts of 100–120 km/h. Designed for Zonda winds and high-altitude conditions.

Galvanized Q235B steel

Zinc-coated structure. Protects against rust and corrosion in environments with snow and extreme humidity.

MGO floor

Magnesium oxide: non-combustible mineral (Class A). Doesn't swell with water or warp in the cold.

Concave-convex seal

Patented mechanical interlocking, without adhesive or gaskets that degrade. Permanent weather-tightness.

Stainless 304 hinges
