Logistics for
mining
in San Juan.
We operate at the main mining projects in San Juan — Veladero, Los Azules, Josemaría, Hualilán and Gualcamayo. Own fleet, valid permits and real high-altitude experience.
San Juan is the
lithium triangle
and copper hub.
The province concentrates over US$20 billion in active or immediately developing mining projects. The Vicuña Joint Venture (Lundin–BHP) for Josemaría and Filo del Sol represents Argentina's largest ongoing mining development, with a US$18.1B investment.
Each project at this scale generates years of sustained logistics demand: critical supplies, fuels, machinery, explosives, residential modules and equipment for thousands of workers operating above 4,000 metres above sea level. Rutas del Sur has operated in this zone for decades.
Real experience on high-altitude routes in San Juan and Mendoza. Operational knowledge that cannot be improvised.
Fleet and drivers prepared to operate at extreme altitude with the safety protocols the mountain demands.
Real-time tracking of each unit, with direct communication throughout the entire mountain route.
No outsourcing: we control maintenance, drivers and timelines. That translates into reliability for critical operations.
Projects where
we operate.
Active, developing and pre-production operations in San Juan. Each project has specific logistics requirements — knowing them is part of our job.
