Modules for puna
in Salta and Jujuy
Modular infrastructure for the lithium triangle and puna mining. Olaroz, Cauchari, Pozuelos, Pastos Grandes. Foldable and expandable for extreme conditions.
The lithium triangle in northern Argentina
Jujuy and Salta hold lithium projects such as Olaroz, Cauchari, Pozuelos and Pastos Grandes — operating above 3,500 m.a.s.l. in isolated salt flats. The camp is critical infrastructure: no civil works, quick to set up, and resistant to wind, thermal range, and puna dust.
Both foldable and expandable modules are designed to relocate when the project changes phase or site.
Foldable Modules

Expandable Modules

The foldable module in action
The module is transported with walls and roof folded onto the base — no civil works, no crane, no construction permits.
What the Jujuy & Salta puna demands
Puna and salt flats
Lithium operations at 3,500–4,500 m.a.s.l. Modules prepared for those altitudes without degradation.
Northern winds
The Jujuy and Salta puna has frequent and intense winds. Level 11 wind resistance (100–120 km/h).
Real thermal insulation
Class A mineral wool: fire-resistant and insulates against nighttime cold and extreme daytime heat on salt flats.
Long-range logistics
From Mendoza we coordinate transfers to Jujuy or Salta, including gravel roads and salt flat access routes.
Modules we deliver in the north

The heart of the Argentine lithium triangle
Salta and Jujuy are the epicenter of the lithium boom in Argentina. Their high-altitude salt flats —Olaroz, Cauchari, Rincón, Centenario-Ratones, Mariana— hold a large share of the biggest mining investments in the country in recent years. Cauchari-Olaroz (Ganfeng/Lithium Argentina) is already in production; Sal de Oro (POSCO), Rincón (Rio Tinto) and Centenario (Eramet) are under construction or in full expansion.
Lithium changed the scale of camp demand in the Puna. Each project needs to house hundreds of workers for years, first during the construction phase of the lithium carbonate plants and then in operation. This is not a temporary few-month camp: these are mining villages that are built, grown and maintained, which drives the need for housing modules, dormitories, dining halls and bathrooms in volume.
The Puna is one of the harshest environments in the country: the salt flats sit between 3,500 and 4,000 meters of altitude, with brutal temperature swings, intense radiation, wind and scarce water. Modules for these projects must insulate very well against the night cold and daytime heat, and withstand high-altitude wind. That is why we prioritize Class A rock wool, double glazing and a reinforced structure in everything we send north.
Logistics add their own challenge: the salt flats are far from everything, with long gravel stretches and access roads that change with the weather. We coordinate the delivery of folding modules —which fit many per truck— and turnkey camps to the site, planning route, altitude and timing. If your lithium project in Salta or Jujuy needs to scale staff accommodation, we build a tailored solution.
