Frequently asked questions

Container
transport.

Do you transport complete ISO containers (FCL)?

Yes. Our main container service is full container load (FCL): we pick up the full or empty container from origin and deliver it to destination. For LCL (groupage) we coordinate with associated operators.

Can you cross containers into Chile?

Yes. We cross containers via Cristo Redentor pass with the corresponding customs documentation: DTA, insurance policy, loading instructions and coordination with customs agents. Applies to 20' and 40'.

What container models do you transport?

We transport the most common formats: 20' Standard, 40' Standard and 40' High Cube. For Open Top and Flat Rack we assess route, height and transit permits based on cargo type and dimensions.

Do you operate with containers at Buenos Aires port?

Yes. We coordinate pickup and delivery at Dock Sud (Buenos Aires port), La Plata and Zárate-Campana. We operate directly with terminals or through authorized agents.

What is the maximum weight of a loaded container?

The maximum road transit weight varies by authorization. As reference: a loaded 20' reaches up to ~28 tn (tare + cargo) and a 40' up to ~34 tn. For loads exceeding transit limits, we manage the corresponding permits.

Do you reposition empty containers?

Yes. We move empty containers between depots, terminals and ports according to operator or exporter needs. Check with us for availability by route and date.
