Frequently asked questions

Heavy machinery
transport.

What type of machinery do you transport?

Excavators, motor graders, bulldozers, mining drills, combine harvesters, industrial generators, transformers and any equipment that exceeds standard dimensions or weights for conventional transport. We assess each case.

Does the service include oversized transit permit management?

Yes. We handle provincial and national oversized transit permits, police escort authorization when required and coordination with road agencies in each jurisdiction.

How long does it take to arrange a machinery transport?

It depends on load complexity and route. For standard equipment (excavators, tractors), the typical lead time is 48 to 72 hours from the request. For exceptional loads requiring national permits, it may extend to 5 to 7 business days.

Do you operate with machinery imported from Chile?

Yes. We operate the international crossing via Los Libertadores pass with the corresponding customs documentation. We coordinate with licensed customs agents for temporary or permanent machinery imports.

What loading platforms do you use?

We have lowboy (low bed) platforms for tall equipment, extendable platforms for long loads and base trucks with approved tie-down equipment. The configuration is selected based on the dimensions and weight of the equipment to be transported.
