DORMITORY MODULES
FOLDABLE
Quality rest in remote operations. Insulation for extreme climates, installation in 15 minutes and flexible configuration for 1 to 4 people per unit.
WHY ARE DORMITORIES
KEY IN A CAMP?
In Argentina's mining and oil & gas industry, the most common work schedule is 14 days at the site followed by 7 days of rest. In these conditions, the quality of workers' night rest is not a comfort detail: it is a direct factor in operational safety. Accumulated fatigue is one of the main identified causes of accidents in high-complexity environments such as mountain mining and well services in oil basins.
A well-equipped camp — with clean dormitories, isolated from cold and noise, with adequate lighting and functional air conditioning — has a measurable impact on personnel retention. In areas like Vaca Muerta or San Juan, where competition for skilled labor is high, accommodation conditions are a concrete argument for attracting and retaining technical and operational staff.
Argentine legislation reinforces this perspective. Law 24,557 on workplace risks and Ministry of Labor resolutions establish minimum habitability conditions for camps. The collective labor agreements of the mining (AOMA) and petroleum (UOCRA, OSPEPBA) sectors include specific clauses on accommodation standards that operators must guarantee. Having certified modules facilitates compliance with these requirements in ART audits.
Our dormitory module line is designed to meet all these needs: thermal insulation for extreme conditions, complete electrical installation, customization capacity and assembly speed that does not compromise structural safety. We supply both individual units and complete camp configurations with layout design included.

WHERE OUR
DORMITORIES ARE USED
Vaca Muerta
Operations by YPF, Chevron, Shell and TotalEnergies require fast-deployment camps for drilling and completion teams with 14-day personnel rotation.
San Juan Mining
High-altitude projects like Veladero (Barrick Gold), Los Azules (McEwen Mining) and Josemaría demand modules with maximum insulation and seismic resistance for mountain zones.
Infrastructure projects
National highways, hydroelectric dams and wind farms in remote areas use modular camps that relocate as the project advances.
Emergency camps
The installation speed and stock availability make dormitory modules the preferred solution for emergency responses to natural disasters or critical situations.
FAQ
- How many people can a dormitory module accommodate?
- The configuration is flexible. The standard module can be set up for 1, 2 or up to 4 people depending on the bed layout and comfort standard required by the project. For high-turnover camps, double configuration is recommended; for senior staff, individual.
- Do the modules include interior equipment?
- The modules come with electrical installations, lighting and wiring built in. Interior equipment — beds, cabinets, tables — can be coordinated on request as part of a comprehensive camp package. Contact us with the number of units and type of operation.
- Do they work in extreme mountain and Patagonia climates?
- Yes. The 50mm EPS sandwich panels are sized to maintain interior temperature within a habitable range in exterior conditions of -20°C to +45°C. Installing hot/cold splits complements the panel's passive insulation for the most extreme zones.
- Can multiple dormitory modules be connected together?
- Yes. The modules are designed to be installed together and can be connected with a covered corridor between units. A typical camp combines dormitory modules with adjacent sanitary modules, dining rooms and offices in a planned layout. We can advise on the layout.
- How long does dormitory installation take?
- With two workers, the process of unfolding, leveling on adjustable bases and securing one unit takes approximately 15 minutes. For a block of 10 dormitories, the complete installation can be completed in a single working day.
